Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I am acting Pro Se, does the opposing attorney have to notify me who she plans to supboena or do I need to ask or do I have the right to know? Court record shows she requested three be issued.

Since you are representing yourself, you are bound by the same standards that a practicing attorney is bound by. If a practicing attorney doesn't know something, he or she does the research necessary to determine the law on the issus and the answer to the question. I would suggest that you do your research.
