Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
We would like to add a second middle name to our son's legal name. He is a minor. No other changes. What would this involve?

This is a standard change fo name issue. If both parents agree to the change, court genrally grant the nem change quickly. There are forms floating around for Pro Se parents, but I recommend using an attorney in your area. They can advise you on issues you may not have considered.
