Could i sue someone that has had an affair with my spouse and given their std to my souse and i caught the std from that affair? The affair went on for 5months and ended.I stayed with my spouse.This happened from oct.05 to march06.

You may have the right to sue, but it depends on a number of factors, such as when you found out you had the STD; if the man knew he had STD when he had sex with your wife, and such. You have a year to sue in a personal injury case, so you need to contact an attorney right away.
