Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

What age can my niece decide to live with another family member? For example, she is currently 15, and she wants to come and live with me, we do not want to go through a legal battle with this issue.

A child does not have the legal right to decide where she lives or with whom. When she reached the age of eighteen years or is otherwise emancipated, then she can make decisions for herself as an adult.
