Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
Alimony
I was ordered by the court during my divorve to pay my x 1400.00 a month .I am a union Electrican and was making scale plus 10% as a foreman. Due to some changes at the company i worked for , for 29 years I was forced into a position to leave. I am no longer making foremans wages with the new contractor i am working for which comes out to about a 600.00 a month loss in income. Her finances are in good shape after the divorce because of some additional monies she got, while mine is left in shambles. Can i take her back to court based on this or am i just out of luck? M monthly bills now exceed my income by a significant amount. thanks for any info
