annulment and bigamy

I beliefe my husband is still married i found on the internet that he filed but the case was dismissed w/o preiduce what does that meen?

When a case is dismissed without prejudice it means that the case can be refiled. If your husband was still married when you married him then he has committed bigamy and your marriage can probably be judicially declared null and void.
