Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My attorney had the opposing lawyer file the paper work to receive monies from a divorce settlement. The opposing attorney never filed the paper work and I will not receive my settlement.

My attorney will not return my calls but has not notified me that he is no longer representing me.

What should I do?
