Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

In August 2004 I gave custody of my two younger children, 14 and 15 yrs old to my ex and I have custody of my oldest. In the custody papers it states that neither party will pay child support. Now my ex is refusing visitation unless I start sending him money. My visitation is suppose to be every other weekend. What can I do about this?

If you have a Court Order (Judgment) awarding you certain parenting time with children of yours, and the other parent is refusing to comply with that Court Order (Judgment) although able to comply, then you can file a Motion for Contempt and seek the Court's assistance. You may also be able to file a family Access action. Good luck.
