Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My aunt;s birth was not register, and she has no birth certificate, how can I get a judge to rule on other infomation to get a certified birth certificate from the state of MO

This is not an easy process. You must file with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, Bureau of Vital Records for a delayed birth certificate. You have to submit evidence of the birth like medical records, family records, affidavits, etc.

I did this once in my practice for a client and it ended up being quite a bit more work than I expected, but it can be done!
