Getting Back My Exibits

I have been trying to get back a taped conversation between my sister and x wife, and photo's I gave my attorney to use in my case.

The case is over and the attorney is paid in full. How do I get him to give me my things back, as he refuses after several requests for them?

Write the attorney a letter telling him that everything in your file belongs to you and you are going to be at his office at a certain time and date to pick up the entire file. Tell him that if he refuses to cooperate you will immediately file a complaint for his unethical conduct with the Office of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel. Then, do it!
