Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

i belicve with all my heart in a house because of the herion he has feed her to do the thing she has and wants to leave but truelly is physicaly unable to leave , I know she is near death and my one year old step son is in the house. HOw do i remove them both as son as posible and get them to safteY i belive the abuse has taken place for many years of him feeeding her it to the point she knows she cant leave I want my wife and child to safter as qquick as posible
