Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

does bigamy unknown by legal spouse invalidate divorce?

husband of 20 years, 5 sons, forced a divorce on me two years ago. i had no representation. we had considerable assets . i did not fight. had critically ill child. told me if i challenged divorce i'd get nothing. it happened fast. then done. found out recently he had been married bigomously during our marriage. told this might invalidate divorce. he made me the bad guy in divorce. my rights were not protected. our business was built together. on my family money. can i overturn divorce? he has renewed his vows with her. not spiteful, worry for future. abusive physically once since divorce. now with children. this is why i want my childrens and my rights protected. and i do want a divorce, but on my terms. fairer terms.

so can his undisclosed bigamy invalidate the divorce?

thanks
