Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
My boyfriend and I have a child together his 14 months. now my boyfriend also haves a 5 year old he was placed in protective custody. we had to move to missouri till my boyfriend and his ex go to court. but now my boyfriend and i are having our problems and i would like to return back to florida with my 14 month old son and my boyfriend is i guess moving back once this is over but him and i are done and we fight all the time because i would live to return back to florida now were my family and friends are and hes telling me i cant leave with our son and if i want to leave so bad leave our son and i can go back but i not leaving without my baby. i need help as to what to do???and if i can leave legal with my baby??

If your "boyfriend" has not been determined the legal father of the child and been awarded some custody rights by a court, then he has no say on what you do.
