Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My boyfriend is getting a divorce and his wife gave him the papers the amount of child support says 1,000 dollars for 3 kids, he already pays child support on another child. On the paper it says his gross is 4,000 dollars a month this clearly is not correct when he makes 13.50 an hour. He works at a battery plant and there is incentive but it's not a guaranteed incentive.
