Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My boyfriend filed for divorce in January of 2010, his wife moved out of the house August 15th, 2010. I have been staying with him at his house, which the mortgage is in his name and the deed is in both of their names. Since she moved out, and has moved twice within that time and has 2 different address changes, because her name is still on the deed, until the divorce is final, can she legally still come to the house?

Yes, since based upon your facts she is still a co-owner of the house.
