Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My boyfriend and I just had a son. His mom wants to take me to court cause I won't let her see him. Is she allowed to do that since we aren't married?

In the state of Missouri if a grandparent is unreasonably denied visitation for 90 days ; then they can petition to see the grandchild.
