Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Im looking to buy a house, but in my husbands name. If we divorce, will this home be half mine? Even if its not in my name?

If you divorce, the division of real property proprty owned by either of you should be taken into account. While you are married, title comppanies should require you to sign off if your husband sells or mortgages the property. So, in at least a small way, you will have an interest in the property.
