Is it possible to get a child back after being made to sign away your rights to the child if your brother and his wife adopted the child and are no longer together due to adultery?

Not really, unless the couple together decides they no longer want to parent the child and want you to re-adopt. Otherwise, if the two go through a divorce, that child is a child of the marriage as if he or she had been born to them so there will be a regular custody order, parenting plan, child support, etc.
