The only way for the father to have any legal rights concerning the children i this situation is for a Court to enter a Judgment givng him whatever rights would be in the best interests of the children. The father should definitely hire an attorney to obtain those rights. I have handled hundreds of these cases in the thirty-three years I have been practicng law, and if you are the father I might be able to offer my services to you. Please feel free to contact me if you do not already have an attorney.
