Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Child Custody 2

(This is in reference to Child Custody Mr. Nack had replied to it.) They live in Eastern Kansas and we will be living in Springfield MO... The divorce and custody papers were in Kansas.... Do I have to find a lawyer in Kansas or can I use a Missouri Lawyer to file the Motion to Modify?
