At what age can a child make up their own mind not to go visit a parent if they don't want too?

The "child" does not get to decide this issue. Each parent has legal rights to spend time with the "child", usually defined by a Court Order in situations where there has been legal action. When the "child" is emancipated under the law, the "child" becomes an adult for most purposes and can made the decision whether to see either parent.
