Child Custody

My ex wife refuses to let me see are talk to on the phone my 2 kids ages 16&14. I have visitation rights

but Only have one day off a week and she refuses to let me see them on that day.

Your post does not ask a question. Do you want to go back to Court to try and force your ex to obey the existing Court Order? Or, do you want to go back to Court and try to change the existing Court Order? Either way you need to consult with an attorney.
