Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Child custody

My wife and I are seperating. We have come to an agreement that we would share custody of the children. She has also recently decided that she is going to join the military. I assumed like we talked about that she would leave the kids with me when she went away now she is saying she is going to give her custody over to her parents. Can she Do that and what can I do to stop that from happening?

You need to consult with and probably hire an attorney. if you are going to be divorced, you should get this done before yor wife joins the military as that may have some negative consequences for you. Please consult with a attorney now.
