how do i get a child emancipated that has enlisted in the US NAVY, and is being deployed before her 18th birthday? she graduates high school in May and deployes July, before she turns 18.

You can file a Motion to Terminate (your child support obligation) with the Circuit Court in the county where your child support Order is entered.
