Child Support

My daughters father is now $10,650 behind in child support. A support order was sent to his job in Iowa that he is no longer working at. He is back in KC with a new baby and a job to where he gets paid under the table.

I want my child support. What do i need to do to get it and what will the state do to him to make sure i get it?

Contact the prosecuting attorney's office in the county where you live. They may be willing to file criminal charges which will get the father's attention. Good luck.
