child support

my ex girlfriend is trying to get child support and it has come to my attention recently that she is married.Am I stilll liable or is her husband?

Re: child support

If the woman was married at the time of the baby's birth, then you are corect in a sense. The husband is the presumed legal father of the child. The mother could file a Petition seeking a judicial determination of Paternity and if you are determined to be the father, you could be ordered to pay child support.
