Can child support monies be put on hold until court date? Have custody of daughter (unfit mother) but money is still being paid to mother for personel use. Have had my daughter since jan 19th and she is still receiving payments

If you have a pending case, you might want to file a Motion to have any existing child support order changed. Technically, child support abates after thirty days in cases where the custodial parent voluntarily relinquishes physical custody of the child to the other parent. This is something that you should discuss with your attorney.
