Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

How do you go about getting child support payments readjusted? Not sure the complete salary was included when payment was determined. Salary has also increased over the last two years. The yearly bonus was not included in the yearly salary total.

If the child support order is contained in a court Order, then you would file a Motion to Modify in that court. I woulod advise consulting with an attorney. The savings you realize may offset the cost of obtaining a Modification. Good luck.
