child support

I recently found out my daughter isn't mine and my ex want me to continue to pay support.I have paid for 9yrs.What are my legal options?

You may be able to file a Petition for Determination of Paternity in the Circuit Court where you reside. Then, the court might Order a DNA test concerning the paternity of the child. It is possible that you could also file a separate lawsuit against the child's mother for fraud. In any event you would be wise to consult with an attorney.
