If you gave a power of attorney appointment, (poa) you can rescind it, if you are not incapciated or incompetent and did not give the poa because you were directed to by a court. Your sister may try to file a complaint with Children's services. But, based upon the facts you described, you have the authority to reclaim your children.

Good luck
