If im on my childrens birth certificate do i have to have a paternity test for the two children to get a custody agreement?

A paternity or maternity test is necessary if the other parent or the state denies paternity. If parentage is not an issue, then there may be no need for the test. Therefore, a custody or visitation order can be entered.
