Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
My children's paternal grandmother is taking me to court for visitation rights to see my children. I currently do not allow any of her, her husband, or any of her family to see my children due to the fact that they are all drug users. What can I do to stop her from getting visitations?

Hire an attorney to marshall and put on evidence regarding the drug use so that the Judge will find it not in the children's best interst to order granparent visitation. This is too important not to hire an attorney.
