Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
My child's monther has 9 pending felony warrants and i believe she was on probation and has violated. She currently has my son and is threatening to move out of state. I know she has a fugitive from law warrant and i believe she will possibly do some jail time when caught. Would i be able to get permanent custody of my son if i file for it?

Strictly based upon only the facts you have provided, I would say "Yes". Of course there are a lot of important facts that we would need to know before we could give you a better opinion. I have been handling custody battles for over thirty-one years, and you may feel free to contact me for a consultation.
