My child's mother is refusing to let me see my daughter despite the fact that we have a court ordered parenting plan. How can I take her back to court without an attorney?

You are asking attorneys who volunteer their time on this website to teach you how to take the mother of your child back to court without having to pay an attorney? That is just wrong. If you want to represent yourself as an attorney, you have the right to do so, but it is insulting for you to ask us to teach you how to do it. If your daughter is important to you at all I would suggest that you hire an attorney.
