why does missouri c s e continue to make me pay support on an out of wedlock child when they know that I am not the biological father ?

I made the mistake of putting my name on the birth certificate at his birth. I later asked for a d n a test that I believe was not done on the child.

c s e now has increased my payments (notified 12-11-08 of increase ) retroactive 08-04-07.

this means I am now 16 mths behind in my payments.

support payments, vision, and dental are auto pay through the company I work for.

the child will be 16yrs old in june 09. I have not seen this child since he was 18 months old.

is there any justice in this matter for me?
