Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have a complicated case in the orginal divorce my seven year old lives with me my seventeen year old lives with his dad there was no support awarded to either but in the mean time there has been child abuse done to my seven year old on his visits to his dad. There was a order of protection granted by the judge and i got a attorney so i can motify the visits to supervised and get child support because my son that lives with him turned eighteen. We had a hearing with the judge and he did not grant child support and gave back the dad visits after a certifacte of angermanagement was turned in the father had a history of abuse toward me and i am scared for my sons what do i do?

Do what is best for your child. You may want to get an objective opinion as to the threat to your child. To often women let their hatred for their ex, exaggerate the threat to their child, and wind up losing custody and paying support trthe ex they hate.
