Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
Is it a conflict of interest in a child custody battle for the husband 's(who is not the father) attorney work in the same law office with the gaurdian adlidem and another attorney who happens to be the wifes boss's soon to be ex wife?

It may be a conflict if interest for s litigant's attorney and the Guardian Ad Litem to be from the same firm. It us probably up to the other litigant's attorney to raise and object to the conflict. It doesn't seem to be a conflict for an attorney to be related to a coworker of a litigant, in the way you described.
