Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Contractual, non-modifiable maintenance

I would like to know the powers and limitations of the above judgment regarding maintenance in Missouri Family Courts. Is this type of maintenance paid no matter of such circumstances as death, termination of employment or other physical constraints on the part of person who is obligated to pay? Under what terms can this contract be broken or even enforced?
