Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Couple divorced in West Virginia where QDRO order was established regarding pension distribution. They both live in Missouri now and want to make changes to the order. How do they get a change of venue or move the order to Missouri to avoid going to West Virginia for any hearings?

They can't. The West Virginia Court still has jurisdiction over that issue.
