couple living together seperate property laws

Ive been living with boyfriend 2_3 years We are splitting upCar I drive is in his name I make Payments He cant afford but is dening me the car loan in his name 3000 invested I soley paid.Computer he put in his name both paid equally hes also taking.

I paid debt owed at hospital for his child 1200-3000.All furniture hes taking. Question can I do anything to stop this? ThankYou

Yes, you do have a legal remedy. You may file suit against your (ex?)boyfreind asking the Court to order him to pay you a fair share. If the total amount is more that a few thousand dollars, it may be best for you to hire an attorney. I have worked out a large number of such situations both prior to and after filing lawsuits.
