I have a court order regarding custody of a five year old autistic girl. Her mother recently violated her supervised visitation. Is it legal to send a recording device with child to make sure she is safe?

It may not be a giid idea to turn a five tear old girl into a lustening device. If the visitation syrpervusir or parwnt aud find it, they may have to report you. This could cause you to lose custody.
