I have a court order from the state of tennessee and i want to know how to get it registered in saint louis county missouri

You can look up the law on Registration of a Foreign Judgment and follow the normal procedures, or you could pay an attorney a relatively modest sum to do so for you. I would be happy to offer my services if you elect to hire an attorney. No matter what you decide to do, good luck.
