What does your Judgment say about one party collecting damages from the other party if that party fails to perform as Ordered by the Judgment? Probably nothing. However, if the case was settled and there was a Separation Agreement, you may have a cause of action against your ex for breach of that contract. Hopefully the Separation Agreement provided for the collection of damages and attorneys fees. You could also file a Motion for contempt to compel your ex to comply with the Order.
