If a home or trailer is purchased during a marriage, and in the divorce it states that the wife is solely responsible for the home, but the spouses name is still on the title, is he responsible for the payments if she does not pay?

The creditor can come after either spouse for nonpayment. But the one who is supposed to pay it accordcing to the divorce decree, is liable to the ex spouse.
