Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Custody

I have been divorced from my ex-husband for 8 years now we have 50/50 rights to the 2 kids that we have. Neither one of us pay child support. I am looking to move out of state but would like to know what I have to do to get full custody of the kids and what the visitation would be for there father.

Re: Custody

There are far too many factors to discuss on this site if you are serious about seeking fulll custody of your children. You should make an appointment to consult with an attorney. You might consider complying with the relocation statute, and responding in Court if your ex objects to your relocation. Usually these cases are resolved with the person wanting to relocate being allowed by the Court to do do, but with the other parents rights being protected in the process. If you do not have an attorney, you may call me for a consultation.
