Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

my daughter has a baby the father didnt have any thing to do with her. she is 6 months. My daughter is a senior in high school. S he goes to school,works takes good care of her daughter. This guy dont do any thing just runs and acts a fool. He tells people he will give them 300.00 if they will kill her. He always calls and and hasss her. She dont get help from state because she lives with us. Which is not fair.He is not on the birth cert. He also says he is going to steal the baby. My daughter is scared and so am i. We dont have money for all the problems what can we do.
