my daughter has been divorced for about six years she has three children their dad lives in georgia she lives in Missouri she has the kids during the school year he gets them for the summer it is time for her to go get them and he wont let her he said he has a restraining order against her he has enrolled the kids in school down there she is suppose to get to talk to her kids but when she calls he ignores the phone call he is behind on child support he told the company he works for to quit taking child support out of his check and they did without a court order can she go get her kids he is suppose to meet her half way that is court ordered she should be there in tupelo next sat if he is not there with her kids can she have him arrested for kidnapping her kids since she is suppose to get them a week before school starts
