Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My daughter was killed in a hit and run accident. My daughter and I raised this child. She is 14 years old. Her sister tricked her into going to live with her father. Now she knows you cant live with people you don't know. She has begged them since January 2012 to come home to me. She has told them that she does not want to live with them. She and her father and his mother fight all of the time. She hates them and would run away but they told her if she runs away they will lock me up if she comes near me. She has migrains everyday, cant eat much and has lost weight and hair is falling out. She is so depressed. How can I help her.
