Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Is there a Judgment that requires you to pay child support? If so, you may need to file a Motion to Modify that Judgment. Or, is there an administrative Order requiring you to pay child support? If so, then you may need to seek a modification of that Order. Under Missouri law your child support should be abated back to the 31rst day after the custodial parent relinquished custody of the child to you, but it does not happen automatically.
