Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My daughter lives in Missouri. Her husband has abandoned her without any support. She has one child 2 years old and is pregnant also. She is not divorced at this time. Can she leave the state of Missouri and move to LA. bringing the children without getting into trouble with the courts ?

tell her to call the legal aid office nearest her to get advice. good luck if she has family or friends in la she needs to say so
